Hannah Mir (pronounced as Huh-nuh Meer) loves every minute as a ceramic artist and teacher. After 20 years as a fashion designer, Hannah decided she wanted to pursue a new passion -ceramics. She loves creating things with her hands, whether it be pottery or growing her own vegetables. She studied fashion design at Parsons School of Design and Anthropology at Barnard College. She’s a wife and mom of two creative kids and a very loyal dog. She loves exploring the possibilities of clay and creating pieces that are both beautiful and functional.
