Domestic Shipping (Continental US) We have transitioned away from USPS due to significant delivery delays and lost packages. We now primarily ship via UPS, FedEx, and DHL.
- USPS Exception: If you live in a rural area and require USPS delivery, please contact us. We will provide a liability agreement to sign and an invoice for the specific shipping rate.
- Carrier Delays: Please note that while carrier websites may estimate 1–5 days, actual processing can take much longer. We consider a package "lost" only after it has been outstanding for 8 weeks. We are happy to replace orders after this 8-week window.
Returned Packages & Address Accuracy Please double-check your shipping information before finalizing your order.
- Incorrect Addresses: If a package is returned to us due to missing or incorrect address information provided at checkout, we offer two options:Refund: We will refund the order total minus the original shipping fees once the package arrives back at our studio safely and in original condition.Reshipment: We can reship the package to your corrected address; however, the customer is responsible for the new shipping costs.
International Shipping We strongly recommend choosing DHL for international orders. UPS is currently experiencing slower transit times and occasional misplaced items.
- Refused Packages: If you refuse a package or return it to avoid customs/import charges, you are responsible for the return shipping fees. These will be deducted from your final refund once the package is received back in our studio.
- Canada Customers: Packages shipped via UPS will incur a $25 brokerage fee collected by the carrier. Please be aware that this fee, along with any local customs duties or taxes, is the responsibility of the recipient at the time of delivery.
