Dahlia Den Rental June 30th 2024 1pm - 5pm *Deposit*

Deposit for Dahlia Den rental 50%. Remaining 50% due June 1st.

Included w/ this Dahlia Den Rental:

• Private access to Dahlia Den and surrounding deck and seating for up to 10 people on June 30th from 1pm - 5pm 
• Seasonally decorated Dahlia Den with a small fresh arrangement for you to take home at the end of your stay.
• Trash cans, bags, and trash removal. (all trash needs to be in the cans at departure)
• Use of restroom on the second floor of the farm house. (not handicap accessible)
• Ability to walk the farm, take photos, and enjoy the grounds.
• Ability to purchase beer, wine, and snacks from our farm store. (customizations available)

Not included but can be added for an additional fee:

• Set up, breakdown, or clean up help aside from trash removal.
• Dishes, silverware, and glasses (wine purchased will come in a glass)
• 
  
• Additional bouquets or arrangements to decorate your table.
• Any extra decorations, balloons, garlands, or personalized decorations.
• Activity package add-ons.
• Chiminea, fire pit, or gas heater
• Speaker for you to Bluetooth music
• Catering or snacks.

Please Note:

• Cancelations – Rental rates are refundable (excluding a $50 service fee) if your booking is canceled at least 30 days in advance. Rates are 50% refundable if your booking is canceled at least 14 days in advance. Rates are not refundable if canceled within 14 days of the event.
• Deposit - We require a $100 refundable damage deposit in order to book event space.
• Weather – The Den is covered with curtains that close and we can provide a fire pit and or a gas heater however in the event of severe inclement weather we will allow one date change for weather related cancelations.
• Alcohol – GLF does not allow any outside alcohol as it will compromise our in-house liquor license. All party members will be required to show ID in order to be served and will be required to wear an identification bracelet or stamp. We reserve the right to not serve alcohol to any guest at any time.
• Florals – GLF does not allow any outside florals to be brought in. We are a flower farm and are happy to provide you with all your floral needs. If we do not grow the specific flower you are looking for or it is out of season, we will do our best to source the florals for you for an additional fee.
• Photography – GLF reserves the right to photograph the event space during your event for use on our social media and in advertising. Private party members will not be photographed without consent from the individual.
• Public – GLF is a working farm and although we do welcome folks touring the grounds, please keep children and party members monitored. Any damaged caused by party members will be the responsibility of the primary party renter.
• Pets – GLF does not allow personal pets during private events, only registered service animals are welcome.
• Smoking – There is no smoking or vaping of any kind on GLF property unless you are renting the entire space for a private event and it is listed on your contract. Please keep in mind if you are approved for smoking or vaping during your event, this activity is limited to the Dahlia Den area and is never allowed in the flower rows or greenhouse.
