The United States Post Office processing facilities are experiencing significant delays. All packages are taking 3-5 weeks to arrive despite that they are saying 1-5 days on the USPS website.
We have no control over shipping times once your package leaves our studio and recommend selecting UPS (not USPS).
We are happy to replace your order if it is lost. Packages are considered lost by the mail carrier if they have been outstanding for 8 weeks or more.
International Customers: We recommend choosing DHL for your shipping as USPS and UPS are slow and are misplacing packages on occasion. If you choose to refuse or send back your package to avoid the charges you are responsible for the return shipping fees and they will be deducted from your refund when the package arrives back.
